'He's bought to remember, it is the title of Liverpool Football Club that will be tarnished if each person misbehaves tonight, if they exhibit any shape of protest.

'Someone has died, our Queen has died, exhibit some respect. That lady was once such a loyal servant to our us of a for 70 years. She was once simply a younger lady when she got here to the throne. For me, she's been faultless.

'For any Liverpool supporter, for any soccer supporter, to exhibit disrespect at this time would be unacceptable. Someone has died.'

Souness added: 'If you are no longer absolutely on facet with what I'm saying, simply suppose of the soccer club. Go there tonight and assist your soccer membership by way of displaying admire in assisting your soccer club.

'If you exhibit disrespect, you are going to injury the title of Liverpool for the duration of the world. That's what you have to assume about.'

All the interest will be on Liverpool followers at Anfield and whether or not they exhibit their respects to the longest-reigning monarch in the country's records following their records of booing the countrywide anthem due to an anti-royalist sentiment amongst some compon

Rapper PnB Rock fatally shot during robbery at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles

PnB Rock, the Philadelphia rapper best known for his 2016 hit “Selfish,” was fatally shot during a robbery at the Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles restaurant in South Los Angeles on Monday afternoon, law enforcement sources told The Times.

Los Angeles police Capt. Kelly Muniz said a shooting took place at 1:15 p.m. at the famous eatery on Main Street and Manchester Avenue. She would not identify the victim.

Rock, 30, whose real name was Rakim Allen, had been at the restaurant with his girlfriend, who had posted a location-tagged photo in a since-deleted Instagram post.

Muniz said a suspect brandished a firearm inside the restaurant and demanded items from the victim. Sources told The Times that Rock was targeted for his jewelry.

The victim was shot almost immediately by the assailant during the robbery, Muniz said.

“He shot the victim and ran out the side door to a getaway car and then fled the parking lot,” she said.

Muniz said the victim was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead at 1:59 p.m.

According to a law enforcement source, Los Angeles Police Department investigators are examining security video from inside the restaurant to identify the shooter. They also are checking surrounding businesses to see whether security systems captured any images of the suspect leaving on foot or in a vehicle.

Investigators were processing evidence Monday night, Muniz said. She declined to comment on what was recovered.

Rock was born Dec. 9, 1991, in Philadelphia. He told Paper Magazine he was inspired to make music at age 19 after hearing Drake’s decade-defining album “Take Care.”

Rock’s ability to blend melodies with his rapping made him a natural fit for hip-hop’s next evolution. He gained national prominence with the 2015 single “Fleek,” turning the viral Vine video into an anthem for women doing up their appearance across the country. He went on to collaborate with a bevy of artists, including Ed Sheeran and Chance the Rapper on “Cross Me.”

One of his biggest moments came alongside Atlanta rapper YFN Lucci, when the two joined forces in 2016 for the victorious anthem “Everyday We Lit.” The song peaked at No. 33 on the Billboard Hot 100, the highest-charting song for either artist.

“It’s like, what do you label yourself, when you still infuse rap into your s—?” he told Paper Magazine in 2017. “People can’t say I’m a rapper, but I don’t feel like I’m a singer either. I’m not hitting super high notes and going crazy. I can’t give you Chris Brown singing. I just got good melodies.”

“Selfish” peaked at No. 51 on the Billboard Hot 100. Rock released his latest song, “Luv Me Again,” on Sept. 2.

Rock’s death comes as authorities say they are up against a rising trend of “follow home” robberies and other violent incidents.

In February 2020, Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke, whose real name was Bashar Barakah Jackson, was killed during a home invasion in the Hollywood Hills.

Authorities believe social media posts, including one of a black gift bag tagged with his address, led the assailants to his location.

The LAPD’s Southeast Community Police Station, which covers the area where Monday’s shooting occurred, has seen 34 homicides this year through Sept. 3, compared with 35 over the same period last year.

The statistics also noted a 25.2% increase in robberies during that period, from 373 to 467.

Rock spoke about prior robbery attempts in Los Angeles during a Sept. 2 episode of the podcast “Off the Record with DJ Akademiks.”

The rapper said he was out with his girlfriend and daughter on Fairfax Avenue “mid-pandemic” when people tried to rob him.

“Where I’m from, we like sneaky criminals,” Rock said. “In L.A. … they bold.”

Rock and the host spoke about how robberies targeting rappers seemed to be becoming more common.

“I never got robbed, ever in my life,” Rock said. “I ain’t gonna say never because I don’t like saying never. I’m not superstitious, but I haven’t been robbed.”

“That’s why I feel like L.A.’s spooky, man,” Akademiks said. “It’s just so bold. I’m seeing mad videos, like they don’t even do it at night. Like night maybe, but broad daylight, that’s when they really do it.”

Rock said that after his oldest brother was killed, he changed — becoming more on edge and conscious of how suddenly a situation could turn deadly.

“It’s just been something in me that just let me know, like this s— real life,” Rock said. “I done seen people die. I done been around people that died…. Anybody can die.”
PnB Rock: Rapper shot dead in LA waffle house in suspected robbery

US rapper PnB Rock has been shot dead in an apparent robbery at a Los Angeles restaurant.

The musician, 30, was with his girlfriend when a gunman reportedly demanded jewellery before opening fire inside a waffle house in the south of the city.

Police found PnB with multiple gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead in hospital 45 minutes later.

No arrests have yet been made over Monday's shooting.

Los Angeles Police Department Capt Kelly Muniz said a suspect approached a couple inside Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles and demanded they hand over personal items.

She told reporters at the scene this led to "some sort of verbal exchange" before the victim was shot several times and fell to the floor.

The suspect then "removed items from the victim", she said, before running to a waiting getaway car and fleeing the scene.

US media has said law enforcement sources confirmed the rapper was the target of the attack.

Tributes have since flooded in for PnB Rock - real name Rakim Hasheem Allen - who rose to fame with the release of his 2016 hit Selfish and had collaborated with artists including Ed Sheeran.

Superstar Drake posted a photo of the pair together on his Instagram story, and rapper Offset posted a Twitter tribute urging followers to pray for PnB's two children.

Others pointed out that the shooting follows the death of fellow rapper Pop Smoke - who was killed in a Hollywood Hills burglary last February.

It's been suggested his killers were able to find his address after he accidentally revealed it in a social media post.

The latest shooting has led to discussions about the safety of rappers, after it was suggested an Instagram photo of PnB and his partner may have revealed the pair's location.

DJ Akademiks, who runs a popular hip-hop YouTube channel, said he had interviewed the rapper just a week ago about a previous attempt to rob him.

Nicki Minaj said Pop Smoke's death had taught rappers to be more cautious about their whereabouts.

Meanwhile Cardi B took a different view, and challenged people who had blamed PnB Rock's girlfriend Stephanie Sibounheuang for posting the photo.

She tweeted that it was "highly unlikely" that the suspects had tracked them online and that it was "irresponsible and inconsiderate" to blame Stephanie for "something so tragic".

PnB Rock was born in Philadelphia in 1991, going on to record two studio albums, Catch These Vibes and Trapstar Turnt PopStar.

He released his most recent song, Luv Me Again, just two days before the shooting.
Rapper PnB Rock fatally shot at Roscoe’s Chicken ‘N Waffles in Los Angeles, report says

Rapper PnB Rock was fatally shot during a robbery in Los Angeles Monday, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Police responded to a possible robbery at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles on West Manchester Avenue at 1:15 p.m., where they found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds, Los Angeles Police Department Captain Kelly Muniz said during a press conference.

The Los Angeles Times reports that law enforcement sources say the victim is PnB Rock. The LAPD has not yet named the victim.

During the incident, at least one suspect approached the victim and a female witness inside the restaurant while they were eating and demanded “property,” Muniz said. She was unable to say what type of property the suspect demanded.

After a verbal exchange, the suspect shot the victim multiple times and fled in a getaway car in an unknown direction, according to Muniz.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and died at 1:59 p.m., according to Muniz. She said no one is in custody, and there is very little on the suspect description at this point.

PnB Rock made waves at the end of the 2010s with two albums between 2017 and 2019 – “Catch These Vibes” and “TrapStar Turnt PopStar.” Between 2016 and 2019, PnB Rock had eight songs on the Billboard Hot 100, four of which were in 2019.

The Philadelphia rapper has been featured on hits like “Everyday We Lit” with fellow rapper YFN Lucci in 2017 and “Dangerous” with rapper Meek Mill and singer Jeremih in 2018. “Everyday We Lit” peaked at No. 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 and “Dangerous” peaked at 31.

In 2019, he also collaborated with singer Layton Greene and rappers Lil Baby and the City Girls on “Leave Em Alone,” as well as with Chance the Rapper and Ed Sheeran on “Cross Me.”

His latest song, “Luv Me Again,” was released on September 2.

What Women Need to Know About Anal Sex?

What Women Need to Know About Anal Sex?
While sometimes taboo, anal sex is a form of intimacy that can be enjoyed by people of all genders and sexual orientations. Now, the act seems to be on the rise among heterosexual women in particular.

A British study, published on August 11, 2022, in BMJ, pooled data from the National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyle. The researchers found that anal sex among heterosexual people ages 16 to 24 has more than doubled in recent decades, going from about 13 percent to nearly 30 percent. In the United States, rates are even higher: About 36 percent of women and 42 percent of men ages 18 to 44 reported having anal sex at least once, per the CDC (PDF).

That’s not surprising, according to experts. “Any place on the body where there are nerve endings can be an erogenous zone,” says Shannon Chavez, PsyD, a sex therapist based in Beverly Hills, California. “Anal sex has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. It is a variation of sexual play that can be highly pleasurable for different bodies, regardless of sex and gender.”

If you’re interested in exploring anal play, there are a few things you should know to ensure you’re having safe, pleasurable sex — no matter how you’re choosing to do it.

Start Slow
Since the sphincter muscle takes time to relax and stretch, going slow is key to comfortable anal play, and you may want to start on yourself, says Megan Fleming, PhD, an American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT)–certified sex therapist and clinical instructor of psychology at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. That way you can go slowly and explore what you like.

Whether you’re solo or with a partner, “start by using your finger and rimming the anus, then continue to massage and stimulate around the anus with your hands,” she says. “When you feel open and relaxed, insert a clean finger or small sex toy that has a flared base.”
A flared base — meaning the end of the sex toy is significantly wider than the tip — provides a solid grip and allows you to move a toy in and out safely, according to Planned Parenthood. If you use a toy without a flared base for anal play, the toy could slip all the way into the anus and get stuck.

Use Lots of Lube
Julia Bennett, MPH, director of digital education at Planned Parenthood, emphasizes the importance of using a lubricant when exploring or having anal sex.

“The anus does not make enough lubrication on its own for comfortable anal sex, so it’s important to use lots of lube and go slowly,” she says. “If it’s painful or uncomfortable, you shouldn’t keep going.”

Alyssa Dweck, MD, a gynecologist in Westchester County, New York, recommends using a silicone lube since this type is “super slick” and lasts longer than a water-soluble lube — although you should be aware silicone lube typically isn’t compatible with silicone sex toys.

Going slowly can help the sphincter muscle relax and make anal play more comfortable, she adds. You may also need to add more lube throughout.

Safe Sex Measures Are Even More Important
Bennett also warns that hygiene is extra important with anal play, especially oral-to-anal contact, which can transmit parasites and hepatitis.

Due to the nature of the area, and the potentially high amounts of bacteria and parasites it can contain, anal sex can carry a higher risk of infection from not only sexually transmitted infections (STIs), but other infections, such as giardia or shigella. For those reasons, condoms are extra important when having anal sex. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) more than 90 percent of anal cancer is caused by HPV, an STI that around 40 percent of men in the United States have and for which there is no screening for men.

Bennett recommends using water- or silicone-based lube with latex condoms, since oil-based lube can break down latex. She also recommends putting lube both on the inside and outside of the condom to increase sensation. If using an internal condom, take the inner ring out for anal sex.

Bennett says it’s also crucial to clean all toys or body parts with soap and water if you and your partner or partners are wanting to switch between anal sex and vaginal or oral sex. You should also use a new condom if switching from anal to another type of sex.

“As a rule, never put anything that has been in an anus directly into the mouth or vagina. Essentially there are poop particles that you want to keep away from the vagina or mouth,” she says.

To ensure the area is clean before you get started, Dr. Dweck recommends simply washing the area with soap and water. Some people prefer to use an enema to get any waste out of the rectum before engaging in anal sex. Dweck says that while this is perfectly safe, it isn’t necessary. She also cautions against cleaning with scented wipes that can irritate the area.

What to Do if There’s Bleeding
According to Dweck, bleeding during or after anal sex can happen for many reasons, but the two most common reasons are hemorrhoids and anal fissures.

Hemorrhoids are enlarged and swollen veins around the outside of the anus or in the lower rectum. Although they can be uncomfortable, Dweck says if bleeding during or after anal sex is caused by hemorrhoids, it usually stops on its own and is nothing to worry about. Also, using plenty of lubricant can help prevent bleeding if you do have hemorrhoids, she says.

Anal fissures, on the other hand, are superficial cuts in the anus, Dweck says. “They are painful, so most people don't want to engage in anal when they have them.” Anal sex can also cause tearing, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

If you do bleed during or after anal sex, Dweck says to wait until the bleeding stops and then wash with soap and water if that is comfortable to ensure the area is clean. She also recommends a sitz bath, which can be helpful anyway for someone who needs hemorrhoid relief.

Consent Is Not a One-Time Conversation
The BMJ study also found that around one-quarter of young women report being pressured into having anal sex at some point. Pressuring someone in any sexual situation is not okay.

“Pressure is not pleasure and sets up expectations and anxiety around sex,” says Dr. Chavez, noting that anal sex is a personal preference that is different for everyone. “It is not necessary to enjoy anal sex to be sexually healthy and evolved.”

Chavez also makes clear that consent is not a conversation partners have once. Healthy and safe sex requires constant communication about everyone’s boundaries in the moment — which may be different than past interactions, especially if anal play is new territory.

“If anal sex is new to you, it may be difficult to know what boundaries are important right away. The boundary talk should be continual and necessary at each step of the way — before, during, and after play,” she says. “The consistent communication allows for space and safety as you are changing, reinforcing, or creating new boundaries.”

Talking to Your Heathcare Team About Anal Sex
Communication doesn’t end with your partners. Having open conversations with your healthcare providers about any questions you have is also an important part of any kind of sex.$AVh

“When it comes to speaking with you doctor, there are no bad or stupid questions, and I can pretty much assure you that there is nothing you can say that they haven’t heard or seen,” says Dr. Fleming.

Bennett recommends writing questions down before you get to your appointment so you’re prepared and have time to think about what you’d like to know. If you’re feeling uncomfortable, she recommends practicing asking the questions aloud.

“There is a lot of stigma around sex in general and anal sex is no different. Healthcare professionals are here to help you and there should be no judgment,” Bennett says.

Beatrice Berry, 27, a warehouse

-Beatrice Berry, 27, a warehouse operative based in Hertfordshire

Beatrice Berry, 27, a warehouse operative based in Hertfordshire, is representative of a new generation of naturists who prefer naturist social media to traditional in-person social clubs, and small-group activities, such as naked trekking with clothed friends. It’s a looser form of public nakedness that’s sometimes described as “free-range naturism”.
“I’m an introvert at heart, so I’m quite wary about who I get involved with in any aspect of life,” she says. Her timidity doesn’t extend to Instagram, where, as @beatriceelizabethberry, she greets her 43,000 followers with her naturist portraits, conquering the summit of Pen Y Fan in Wales, naked and peeking through the windows of a red phone box, and striding about unclothed in various sun-dappled woodlands.
Berry discovered naturism at the same time as millennial body-positivity discourses and uses it to heal her own mental health and body-image issues. “I can’t be arsed to go to the gym to get a six-pack or whatever,” she says, “and honestly I really don’t think any of that stuff is healthy. It’s ‘Here I am, with my clothes off, take me as you find me.’” She explains that she always travels with a sarong to hand for an impromptu cover-up. “Saying that, I think it is good, in a way, for families with kids to encounter me, just this normal-looking naked woman walking in the woods.”

Naked festivals such as The Naturist Foundation’s Party in the Stark (held at their holiday park in Kent) and Nudefest at Thorney Lakes in Somerset, where hundreds of naturists will gather for naked yoga, axe-throwing and naturist trips to the East Somerset Railway, cater to a generation of youthful and less committed naturists, as do charity events such as World Naked Bike Ride and Naked Run. For some, these events might be a stepping stone to naturism as a way of life.

“You might take part in a charity skinnydip and realise it is actually rather wonderful to swim naked and surprisingly natural to be naked around other people,” Rouse says. “Young naturists are less club-centred, but also much more public about their naturism and I think that’s OK: social movements have to move forward or they stultify,” he adds.

Berry and her boyfriend hope to launch a series of small-scale events and overseas holidays that are inclusive of bodies with tattoos and piercings, which can, they say, be disapproved of on the traditional naturism scene. “It can be conservative like that and it does put my generation off.”×39/1/…..index.html…..fault.aspx…..tfordshire

Free-range naturism, too, has its drawbacks, says David Salisbury, 47 and a gay naturist of Asian British heritage. “Some naturists, particularly women naturists, struggle to feel safe in an uncontrolled environment, so the traditional clubs offer a safe space where diversity can flourish away from the gawkers that you can find at nudist beaches,” he says. Sun clubs often have strict rules that have been set down for decades. At other venues, an unspoken etiquette holds sway, says Fiona Discombe, naturist travel blogger and manager of Sussex naturist retreat Max’s Garden. “When you’re talking to people, you have to talk to their faces rather than their breasts or bits,” she says, “and that can take effort at first. There’s no videoing or taking photos: phones are left at the door.”

Partly, of course, the fabric of social clubs that have grown up around naturism is down to the climate: Britain lacks the sun-blessed, naturist-friendly coastlines of Croatia and the Côte d’Azur but, in other senses, is a warm climate for the unclothed. Being naked in public is not a criminal offence in England and Wales, unlike in some countries and many US states, although under Section 66 of Sexual Offences Act 2003 an individual can be arrested if it is proved they went naked with an intent to shock or cause distress.

Salisbury, whose partner Rich also dabbles in naturism, sees himself as a “functional naturist”, fond of living as much of his life as possible unclothed and never happier than when he’s swimming naked in an Alpine lake. Having lived in Germany and seen both naturist cultures close up, he now views naturism as something of a social-spiritual tonic.…..rice-berry

“Naturism improves your emotional wellbeing, definitely, but I wonder whether it’s nudity that’s good for you or, rather, that there’s a widespread complex around the body that’s profoundly damaging to our self-image and that naturism is an inoculation against this,” he says.

Donna Price, 57, also sees naturism as the simple gesture of going about one’s ordinary life without clothes. Price and her retired husband John, 72, have been keen naturists since they chanced upon a nudist beach on holiday in New Zealand in 2010. Price is a committed naked gardener and buff baker, posting her experiments on her Twitter account, @nakedfreestyler. In 2019, the Prices moved from Kent to Lincolnshire so they could potter naked in the garden without upsetting their suburban neighbours.

The pandemic has also seen them turning their hands to naked house-painting, which Price admits requires a certain dexterity. “During the pandemic people started enjoying the feeling of being naked when they were doing really normal things, such as office work, gardening, cooking and housework,” Price says. “And I love that.” She recently spoke to the WI, naked via Zoom, as an ambassador for women in naturism, and believes that the souls of middle England are ripe to be captured.

“The members were really receptive, so I really hope we see a rash of WI naturists,” she smiles.

Following her Damascene conversion, Berriman believes that all of our lives might be better lived in the buff. “You won’t understand the absolute feeling of freedom and acceptance that comes from being naked in public until you try it,” she says. “Yes, your body is saggier and older than it ever was, but this is the body you’re travelling through this life in. Why not embrace it and start living?”
